Raya FMCG and KSY Juice Blends, an affiliated entity of Orange Be Global, based in the UK, have signed an exclusive agreement to market orange juice products. This strategic collaboration marks a significant step in Raya FMCG’s international expansion while strengthening KSY Juice Blends’ presence in the region.

Orange Be Global (OBG), a global leader in asset management for citrus processing production units, operates across the juice production value chain through its subsidiaries. KSY Juice Blends specializes in operational and commercial activities and Pure and Natural, located in the Netherlands, functions as a blending station and warehouse, fully catering to the needs of the orange juice commodity market.

Meanwhile, Raya FMCG, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments, is a key player in the FMCG industry, focusing on sales and distribution. Partnering with leading global brands such as Nestlé, Froneri, IFFCO, and Hayat, Raya FMCG has built a strong reputation in the market.

This partnership marks a pivotal development in the beverage distribution and export landscape, enabling Raya FMCG to offer a diverse range of orange juice products including not-from-concentrate (NFC) juices, concentrates, and various juice blends to both local and international markets. The agreement grants exclusive distribution rights in Egypt and export rights to Syria, Yemen, Jordan, and the broader Middle East and Africa, with non-exclusive rights for the rest of the world.
