On Sunday the 19th March, Raya FMCG hosted its annual company-wide kick-off event.
Given the success of the previous year, it's important to share the results and communicate the company's plans for the upcoming year. The event is also a great opportunity for all Raya FMCG employees to network through the various team-building activities.
Team members were recognized for their efforts throughout the previous year through programs such as; Manager of the Year, First-Year Top Performer, Thank You, Values, and RAC.
Competitions were also hosted including the Raya FMCG Talent Show in which the team was able to showcase their talents and vote live for the winner. Additionally, the 'Ask the CEO' segment allowed for all employees to submit their questions to be discussed and answered. Finally, the day ended with team-building activities including a football and tennis match, card games, and many others.
