Last week, the Raya FMCG team attended the annual management seminar hosted by its parent company, Raya Holding for Financial Investments. This year's seminar took place in Hurghada, Egypt, marking a significant milestone as it celebrated Raya's 25-year anniversary with the theme being "Raya's Next Chapter."
The seminar was attended by over 200 participants from Raya's lines of business, fostering an environment for networking and collaboration. Activities were carefully curated to not only enhance professional relationships but also to encourage team bonding amongst employees.
One of the highlights of the seminar was the range of discussions led by esteemed speakers and university professors. These sessions covered critical topics such as strategic investments, globalization, and corporate culture & environment. Moreover, the seminar also included leisure activities including the Raya Feud competition, the CEO's No-Blame Game, an all-white event and the annual Gala Dinner, allowing attendees to unwind and celebrate their achievements.
The successful execution of this event not only marked a significant chapter in the history of Raya but also reaffirmed the company's commitment to fostering a collaborative and engaging workplace.
